A few days ago I have suddenly realized , that those last journals I have written, have consisted of almost nothing but commission updates and 'thank you'-posts for all those who have wished me a happy birthday and for a minute I had to laugh at the latter!


This year I am turning 27 and in regards to DeviantArts 20th birthday this means that I am posting on this website for over 11 years now! (I used to have another account from which I had moved to this one).

So many things have happened since then!


2009 - Bitcoin has been created


2010 - The Haiti earthquake took place


2011 - the progressing protests across MENA region and- of course - the catastrophy of Fukushima! Also, Guttenberg, you naughty little boy


2012 - one of the worst years for Greenlands ice deposits


2013 - The NSA-Skandal. Also, reddit found out that NASAs Mars rovers have accidentally drawn a dick on Mars?


2014 - first recurring epidemic of Ebola in a series of epidemics, as well as the starting year of the European migrant crisis, as well as the Krim crisis, <small>also Germany has won the football world cup</small> - pew, what a year!


2015 - Charlie Hebdo


2016 - uuh....*cough*....well. A certain European country voted that it no longer wanted to be PART OF THE TEAM. Also this was my most productive year regarding art!


2017 - Dolandino Trumperino


2018 - Trump meets Kim, Zuckerberg turned his own trial into a meme show and the Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi gets murdered with evidence being caught practically on camera and the accused individuals - like - successfully managed to jump off the hook?


2019 - the burning of Notre Dame, the birth of black hole chan, E-scooters get permitted on German streets and basically now pester everyone who lives in a city. I officially demand for anyone who is called Andy and is a politician to be forbidden from the parlament.


- 2020 What even is this place.




So that was my own little list of things I vaguely remember and also partly googled.


So, if you remember all of those things taking place, than you, dearest individual, are likely in your late twenties or higher. You probably didn't want to be reminded of that, but you are welcome nontheless!


So what is this Journal actually about? Tbh, nothing really, I just wanted to get rid of the old one. I basically hadn't posted anything last or this month and I wanna say that I am sorry, but you see, life goes on and currently it goes on in very very weird ways. Right now I am waiting for the arrival of some cool stuff that I recently decided to spend my money on to keep my corona-mood corona-lifted.

Also, 3% Mehrwertsteuersenkung will for sure be the last generous thing Germany will give its citizens for a very very long time. To say it in the words of Contrapoints : "You actually lose money if you DON'T buy it. Think of the savings!"


Okay, I DO have something I am currently working on and I want to see it finished soon, just be patient a little more :>

At least I have achieved what I initially wanted with this journal entry. I hate the fact, that all of the journals now look the same, but since my core membership has had expired months ago anyway, I should not even care about it.


What have you guys been up to during this unfortunate year? I am sure that I am by far no the only one who had to go to work with almost no change in schedule?

Commissions 2021

Hello guys! It's been ages since I have written a journal entry and there is a reason for this!
During the last three years I was doing an apprenticeship, which took almost all of my free time to keep the expected grades. Last week I have had my very last exams, which means that my studies are finally over for now. I am expecting to work in this field for another year but of course all that time for studying has now turned into free time which I will finally be able to use for art!

Therefore I can reopen my commissions again :)

First of all, my terms of Service:

The Artist
 reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission as long as the money has not been paid. reserves the right to change any information on their website without any warning (already paid commissions are not affected). reserves the right to put a watermark on every commission which must not be removed by the commissioner.reserves the right to publish the finished commission for their own advertising on websites like DeviantART. will not support and accept offensive and hateful commission requests needs at least a single picture of the general idea of the commissioner (written information is not enough).

As for my commission prices: I take 25 € an hour. Usually I try to write down the time under all my drawings. If you find a drawing in my gallery that resembles the quality you want your commissioned piece to have but there is no time written beneath the AC, simply shot me a note!

...for all the Birthday wishes!

My 25th birthday grew to be a rather unexciting day, after all. I had to do quite a lot of stuff for school during the whole week including my birthday, which is why I could not really spend it the  way I would have liked to. I did get the chance to visit a small restaurant for a meal and ice-cream together with a friend and later on my boyfriend took the effort to stay with me over the phone 'til midnight the day after. Luckily I will be able to catch up on the Birthday celebration this weekend<3

As for my art:
I am sorry for being so quiet over there!>-<
I would really love to get into drawing again, but right now my life situation takes up most of my free time, which is why art as a hobby has to make way more often than I'd like to. I am still working on a few things here and there, finishing all of it just takes a lot longer than it used to. I still hope that I can post something for you guys again soon! :)

Important DeviantART survey

Hello there! It has been a long time since my last journal entry, but that's because my life has been super busy and art had to make way for more important stuff. Though, I steadily get towards my holidays now and here I would like to draw more again c:
Anyways:

I have some very important news to tell: Some of you might have noticed that there has been a notification from deviantART that made it possible to participate in a survey that is about the quality and future of DeviantART. Apparently though, not everyone has received it, which made me think that maybe only people received it who have already spend a certain amount of time on DeviantART? Or maybe it's just a bug.
My friends and I have decided that every last person should be able to participate in this, because IT IS IMPORTANT!


This site has changed drastically over the last 3 years and in my opinion the quality of it has decreased to no end. With this survey I was able to finally state my own opinion regarding the ever increasing fetish art and art theft, advertising and spam. Please take this chance and write down what you think should change about DeviantART!

This site used to be such a lovely place and I really wish for it to go back to these roots:)
